This is a large loaf packed full of flavour - a great everyday bread that cuts into nice big slices for satisfying sandwiches. It’s the whitest bread we do at 80% white flour, and 20% wholemeal from Felin Ganol. From first feeding our starter to baking the finished loaf it’s approximately 24 hours in the making. Great just as bread for the first two to three days then makes incredible toast after that.
